We know studying can be hard, especially if you’re not used to it, or tackling a tough topic. We’re here to help you throughout your studies – here’s what we have in place for you.

Expert tutors

Our expert tutors are here to help you with your learning, answering any technical or academic questions you might have about your course content. They’re available by email seven days a week, will respond within four hours, and help you through those tough subjects.

They all have real-world experience of what they’re teaching, so can explain theories and methods simply, and even in a different way that suits your learning style.

When you contact your tutor, you will need to let them know what course and subject you’re studying, and what you need help with. As you can imagine they have a lot of students, and want to give you the best advice possible, as soon as possible.

Flexible study method

Our subscription service allows you to work at your own pace, in your own time, allowing you to focus more on the tricky subjects to make sure you’re exam ready. We have designed our Distance Learning subscription service to create the best learning environment for your success.

Mentors

Not only do you get academic support, you get support from your dedicated mentor. They’re available during working hours, usually 9am-5pm, via email, and will respond within four hours.

You’ll know their name, and have regular contact with them should you need it. They want to make your time with Eagle go as smoothly as possible, so don’t worry about chatting to them about anything Eagle related – that’s what they’re there for.
