Frequently Asked Questions

Here’s what you need to know about your course subscription, based on the questions we get asked the most.

  • What if I want to cancel my subscription and restart it at a later date?

No problem at all! We are offering everyone the opportunity to study AAT, ACCA or CIMA on a monthly, no risk, flexible basis. This means you can choose to cancel your subscription at any time with no risk at all, no cancellation fees. Access to your interactive learning platform will remain open until the end of the current billing period in which you have subscribed.

And when you are ready to start again just enrol online. Just like a TV streaming service.

  • How long will it take me to complete an AAT course with Eagle?

The course is completely flexible and you work towards your own targets with your mentor’s support. If for any reason you do not meet your first targets then you can change them. The AAT has some guided learning hours, so typically you could complete level 2 accounting in around 6 months, level 3 accounting in around 9-12 months, and level 4 accounting in around 12-18 months. By studying with Eagle, you’re in control. To find out more, read our blog on how long it takes to study AAT.

  • What kind of support can I expect from Eagle while I’m learning?

Whilst you are studying with us you can email our mentors at any time, and access our tutoring support as and when you need assistance. By studying with us you will be assigned a highly skilled mentor who will support you throughout your studies, and create your personalised study plan.

  • Will I still have access to the study buddy now you deliver courses all online?

We are a proactive company and successfully manage change and growth. Our students have told us that our study buddy is a fantastic and unique resource but carrying this resource around can become troublesome, so we thought why not put this online? So we did! In the age of digital media we have successfully partnered with the AAT, CIMA, and ACCA market leaders to ensure our students’ distance learning journey is as accessible as possible, whilst still maintaining our high quality resources.

  • What if I would like hard copy material?

You can print off our famous study buddy, so you can complete activities and practice exam questions. We are also offering the opportunity to purchase hard copy texts from Osborne Books with a generous 50% discount.
